Modi Government and Mother Of Coincidences

In recent times too many coincidence of events or happenings  has raised uncomfortable questions for Indian judiciary and banking system, following are the Mother of Coincidences :- 

Kingfisher Flies Away 

Vijay Mallya flew out of the country with seven box load of foreign currency along with his beautiful girlfriend Pinky Lalwani, once a hostess on Kingfisher Airlines. As he slowly walked out of the immigration area - officials were mere spectators as they did not have any orders to detain him or to prevent his exit.

The reports also said Mallya’s tickets had been booked only hours in advance (the same day in the afternoon), giving credence to the theory that he scooted post-haste after learning that danger was at his heels.

A lookout notice for Mallya had been issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to the Bureau of Immigration on October 16, 2015. This would have led to his detention the moment he presented himself at any immigration counter. The lookout notice was amended on 24th November, The amended notice required the immigration authorities to merely inform the CBI about his movements; it did not authorise them to detain him. 

It is interesting too that he had arrived in India from an overseas trip on the night of November 24, a few hours after the CBI had amended its lookout notice.

On the night of March 1, 2016, Mallya, holding a diplomatic passport — by virtue of his being a Member of Parliament — whizzed through immigration with ease and boarded the London-bound Jet Airways flight 9W-122 from New Delhi.

Coincidences :

• Arrival of Mallya in India just after the amendment of the lookout notice from a overseas business trip, on November 24th 2015 
• Just One day before Vijay Mallaya disappeared from Delhi, he was coincidentally seen speaking with Arun Jaitley in the Parliament.

The Modi - Raje at Rajasthan

Another accused Lalit Modi facing charges of financial irregularities, have deep rooted political connection with the present BJP lead Govt. Latit became the president of Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) on 2005 backed by Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia. Modi's career soared high with blessings from politicians and lawmakers, till 2009. 


In 2009 the return of the Congress government led by Ashok Gehlot in Rajasthan coincides with a string of cases of funds misappropriation against Modi. Between April-May 2010 Financial irregularities in the league emerge. Accused of of grave misconduct - fixing the auctions, creating slush funds, manipulating broadcast deals, plotting a parallel IPL working with English counties – Modi leaves the country.

As Enforcement Directorate (ED) asked Ministry of External Affairs to revoke Lalit Modi’s passport, a move clearly aimed at his deportation from UK. 
ED also asked Mumbai Passport Office to seize his passport. It added much to Modi's discomfort, so he started clandestine negotiations with powerful people, on such course... 

In May 16, 2014 BJP government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power. Sushma Swaraj inducted as External Affairs Minister.

Sushma became proactive to ensure Lalit Modi a good life at England, against a favor of admitting nephew Jyotirmay in Sussex University, UK. 

British Labour MP Keith Vaz, a friend of Modi ensured the admission of Jyotirmay  in the Law programe at Sussex University, UK. 

Labour MP Keith Vaz also wrote to Ms Sarah Rapson, Director of UK Visas & Immigration Department asking for grant of travel documents to Lalit Modi. Following are the excerpts of contents of the e-mail:

“Foreign Minister of India (Sushma Swaraj) has spoken to me making it very clear that the Indian Government has no objection to the travel document being granted which is contrary to what the refusal notice has stated. Mrs Swaraj has also spoken to Sir James Bevan, who even though is on leave, said he will speak to the relevant person in the Home Office. Frankly everyone has been involved in this apart from Ban-ki-Moon.”

 Lalit Modi wrote an e-mail thanking Keith Vaz with copy to Swaraj Kaushal (husband of Sushma Swaraj). Following are the excerpts of contents:-

Coincidences :

Lalit Modi coincidentally invested a lot of money into the hotel business of the son of Vasundhra Raje.

Police - Bibi and The Gangster 

The Sohrabuddin and his wife Kauser Bi Encounter Case has now again surfaced in recent times after 4 judges of supreme court if India has come out in public in pointing out of the malpractices in the Indian Judicial system, specially in the high profile cases. Gujrat police messed up in cover up operation, of the fake encounter high profile police officials and Amit Shah was named as accused by CBI. There has been many mysterious coincidences in this particular case

Coincidences :

• Just one day (25.06.2014) before Judge Utpat was to see the presence of Amit Shah in the Sohrabuddin Encounter case, he was transferred to Pune (on 24.06.2014) ostensibly at his own request.
• Few days before Judge Loya was ready with the order on Sohrabuddin Encounter case, he coincidentally went to Nagpur where he died of a massive heart attack that started at 4 a.m. and the local judges took him to an orthopedic hospital 5 minutes away from the hostel where he was staying instead of taking him to a heart hospital that was 7 minutes away from the same hostel after almost 90 minutes.
• Coincidentally Judge Loya's mobile phone went into the hands of Ishwar Baheti of Latur somehow traveling on its own from Nagpur and all data got erased.
  
• Coincidentally, three people who Judge Loya had confided in were killed, but one survived just luck by chance as the timing of accident went wrong.

The Great Bank Robbery

On the morning of 14th Feb 2018 when many young Indians were preparing to exchange roses and presents, a horror was unfolding at Punjab National Bank (PNB), the nation’s second largest lender.

Three minutes after 9 am on 14 February, when the local stock markets opened for trading, the government-owned lender informed the stock exchanges that it had detected a fraud of $1.8 billion (around Rs11,400 crore).

As the day progressed, it became clear that the PNB fraud was engineered by companies of diamond tycoon Nirav Modi, helped along by bank officials at its Brady House branch in Mumbai, the country’s financial capital.

Coincidence 

• Ami Modi, wife of Nirav Modi , with her two children, her husbands maternal uncle  were all abroad when the news about 11,400 crore fraud broke in India.

Narendra Modi in PayTM Advertisement

The advertisement on the front page of all leading newspapers, featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi's picture, raised many questions. Paytm being the biggest beneficiary of the demonetization 

Coincidence

• Paytm, which is an e-commerce giant and also India’s largest mobile payment service, had booked front page ads in national newspapers within hours of Modi’s speech. Many wondered as to how it was able to secure premium newspaper spots for ads given that Modi’s speech on Tuesday could only end at around 9.30 PM.
